Birthdays are kept on each member’s native.cards account. The first one they give is the one every business sees, and it can never be changed. You can also keep the gift for members who joined months ago, have earned with you or came in lately.

- One birthday, kept on their accountThe first birthday a member gives is the one every business sees. It can’t be changed, and one given on the day doesn’t count.
- Ends by itselfAfter 7, 14 or 30 days the gift ends, so last month’s birthdays don’t turn up at the counter.
- Within the limit you setGive as many as you like, or set a total. When none are left, later birthdays get nothing and the page says so.
- You decide who qualifiesMembers for 3 months or more, who have earned 200 Points, who visited this year, or Gold and above. Anyone else simply gets nothing that year.
- No fee for the messageA birthday WhatsApp to 5,000 members costs about RM1,734 a year at Meta’s rate. Here the lock-screen message costs nothing.
